Access to Europa league by the CTT Cup and plans for the second league
The current scenario of Ledman LigaPro includes 22 teams involved in the competition, a situation that Liga President Pedro Proença intends to change. The goal is to have the same number of LeagueNOS teams.
"We are working with the clubs so that we can lose weight in order to reach the ideal level that we would have the same number of clubs in both professional competitions: 18," said Pedro Proença, also revealing his plans for the CTT Cup.
"We have here a great football product that justifies the investment of time and planning that was made by the League Directorate. The clubs are involved and we just need to ensure that the winner can guarantee access to a UEFA competition: a goal to be achieved from next year. "
