UEFA has approved this Friday and other changes to the current format of European competitions.

Lyon stadium is the stage of the Europa League final 2017/18
Champions League games, whose kick-off is usually at 19:45,  2 games start  with two games at 6 p.m. and 6  at 8 p.m.

As for the coefficients, the club coefficient for revenue distribution will include bonus points for European titles previously won by the same clubs. The new coefficients also fail to include the 20% of the coefficient of their country, as a way to avoid benefiting the clubs of the main federations.

As for the Europa League, the event will receive more money, namely a contribution of 50 million euros from UEFA. There will also be more money for the Women's EURO 2017, with the total amount available increasing from EUR 2.2 million to EUR 8 million. The runners-up selection will receive a prize of one million euros, while the champion team will receive 1.2 million euros.
