The Portuguese Federation of Canoeing and the Municipality of Montemor-Velho, together with the International Canoe Federation, will hold from 19 to 21 May the first World Cup of Speed in 2017 and this new Olympic cycle in Tokyo 2020.
This will be the third World Cup in national territory in our country and fourth international event promoted in CAR der Montemor-o-velho, considering the Juniroes World Cup and Su23 in 2015. In 2018 the CAR receives what will be the most important event of the Modality and national sport, the World Absolute Speed Championship in the month of August.
