2012 Olympic medal winner, Fernando Pimenta wins the final of the World Cup in K1 2017
The Portuguese athlete Fernando Pimenta won this Saturday the final of the World Cup in K1 1000 meters, a test that takes place in Montemor-o-Velho.
The canoeist finished the race in 3: 26.833 minutes, less 1,930 seconds than the Frenchman Maxime Beaumont. Third is the Slovenian Jost Zakrajsek, 3,275 seconds away from first place.
