Movistar confirmed on Wednesday that the Portuguese cyclist Nelson Oliveira will join the team in the next edition of the Tour Down Under in Australia which takes place between 14 and January 24.
The leaders of the team, according to Movistar will be the Spanish Rubén Fernández, who finished the 2015 edition in 5th place, and Juanjo Lobato, who won a stage.
