Portugal continues to be the main destination for Brazilian players
According to information published Wednesday, by the Observatory for Football (CIES), Brazil continues to be the country that more footballers exports around the world. Portugal is the main destination.
The study indicates that Portugal received 221 players from Brazil followed, by far, by Italy, with 71 players, and Japan, with 54.
In all, 1202 Brazilian players were identified in 83 out of 93 national federations studied by CIES. France and Argentina appear behind Brazil as countries that more players place abroad.
