UEFA will distribute around 4.6 million euros from the Solidarity Fund to clubs in the First and Second Leagues for the 2020/21 season, 400,000 euros more than last year. In a statement, the League said that "the value of 4,578,761 euros" will be divided by the 31 clubs that did not participate in the group stage of European competitions last season. In other words, in this way, FC Porto, Benfica and SC Braga do not receive any amount of the budget that is intended to exclusively support the development of the clubs' training levels. This measure covers 15 clubs from the first level and 16 from the second. Each emblem will receive close to 148,000 euros to invest in grassroots football
