Orlando City have secured the signing of Facundo Torres, a 21-year-old left winger who is seen in his native Uruguay as one of the biggest prospects. Hired from Peñarol, Torres arrives to make up for the departure of Nani and according to the press it will have cost 10 million dollars (8.85 million euros) for 70% of the pass.
