Marco Fortes silver medal winner at European Cup championships in Leiria, with 21.01 meters, an inch from his national record, achieved in this competition in 2012, in Bar (Montenegro).
The race was won by Russian Aleksandr Lesnoy, that in the last test, exceeded the Portuguese athlete, while achieving 21.23 meters.
