José Gonçalves (Caja Rural) is one of three Portuguese cyclists national selector José Poeira chosen to represent Portugal in the World Richmond, USA. The other two, also unsurprisingly, are Rui Costa and Nelson Oliveira (both Lampre), the latter is also cast in the individual Trial stage .
