Benfica's women's rugby team faces SC Porto, in the semi-final of the Portuguese Cup, scheduled for 3:30 pm on Sunday, April 14, at the Estádio Universitário de Lisboa. Coach Martim Aguiar explained on BTV's SL Modalidades program what the eagles have to do to get their passport to the final. "We have to stay very humble, very cohesive and control our anxiety." Athlete Luana Aguiar also gave the recipe for Benfica – after winning the National Championship – to reach the "double", which, according to her, "was the best thing that could happen": "Maintain humility and do what that we know how to do, with our heads."
