Portuguese Guarda Cup 2024.


Benfica won the 2024 Portuguese Cup today by beating Fluvial Portuense 13-10 in the final.


Antรณnio Machado's pupils secured their sixth trophy in the Portuguese Cup with a score of 3-3; 4-1; 2-4; 4-2.


The Luz team won the Portuguese Cup in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024.


Fluvial Portuenses won eleven Portuguese Cups, the last in 2022.

Benfica's five-time national water polo champions still have a goal to achieve in 2023/24. It's this Sunday, June 9th, at the Piscina Municipal da Guarda, that they will go in search of the Portuguese Cup, in a final that pits the eagles against the Clube Fluvial Portuense, and where "there is no longer an opportunity, it's all or nothing", he warns to goalkeeper Matilde Ribeiro, on the BTV program,
