Jaime Faria secured this fifth-round presence in the Roland Garros main squad after defeating Austrian Lukas Neumayer and joins Nuno Borges,  currently ranked 188th in the ATP rankings. At the end of the match, the Portuguese, world number 117, admitted not having produced his best tennis, but stressed the importance of being able to manage the pressure of a special moment.
