No plano competitivo, estão calendarizados 8 jogos de preparação. A estreia acontece no dia 11 de julho, frente ao SU Sintrense, no Benfica Campus. Seguem-se os encontros com o Juventude SC, a 15 de julho, e com o SCU Torreense, na manhã de 18 de julho, ambos no Benfica Campus.

No mesmo dia, a equipa desloca-se ao Algarve para defrontar o SC Farense, na Academia ALR Farense, em São Brás de Alportel. A 25 de julho, o Benfica B mede forças com o Casa Pia AC e com a AD Mérida, ambos os encontros no Benfica Campus.

A preparação termina no dia 1 de agosto, com um jogo frente ao CD Mafra, no Benfica Campus, e outro diante do Atlético CP, no Estádio da Tapadinha, referente ao Troféu Germano Figueiredo.
