U23 Team Portugal in Beiras and Serra da Estrela
In parallel to the participation in the Czech Cup of Nations Cup, Team Portugal will be present, between June 2-4, at the Beiras and Serra da Estrela Grand Prix, in the center of the country. It will be a young team, mostly composed of sub-23 runners.

The men are Francisco Campos and Hugo Nunes (Miranda / Mortágua), João Fernandes (Maia), Júlio Gonçalves (Moreira Congelados / Feira / Bicicletas Andrade), Marcelo Salvador and Marvin Scheulen (Sicasal / Constantinos / Delta Cafés).

The presence of the National Team gives club runners the opportunity to compete in a category 2.1 event, to which the teams they represent do not have access. "We have a very young team that is going to take part in a competition whose terrain is hard and where they will find much more experienced opponents. We will try to be as close to the race as possible, "says José Marques, who will lead Team Portugal in this competition.
