Benfica has just released a statement in which it guarantees Jorge Jesus' commitment to the club, denying that the coach has expressed a desire to return to Flamengo.
"Sport Lisboa e Benfica and its coach Jorge Jesus completely refute the existence of any agreement with Flamengo for the release of their technical team upon an understanding between the clubs. Jorge Jesus has a contract with Sport Lisboa e Benfica and is focused on the goals Sports activities of the Club, being manifestly false and unreasonable that it showed any desire to return to Brazil at this time.
