Gabriel Lopes, from Associação Louzan Natação, managed this Thursday, during the Jamor 2021 Swimming Open, minimum access to the World and European Swimming Championships, in the 200 meter styles competition.
The mark, of 1.59.34 minutes, was achieved at Complexos de Piscinas do Jamor, in Oeiras, and allows the Olympic swimmer to stamp the ticket for the Europeans in long pool, which will take place in August 2022, in Rome, and for the World Cups in Fukuoka, Japan.
Gabriel Lopes was present at the Tokyo'2020 Olympic Games, having been 21st in this same distance, with a personal record of 1.58.56.
