34 edition of GP Abimota 1st stage the winner Portuguese Sergio Ribeiro

The Portuguese rider Sergio Ribeiro (Louletano-Golden Dunes) today won the first stage of 34.  Grand Prix Abimota, starter in Galicia, Santiago de Compostela to Vigo, the distance of 132.1 kilometers.


Sérgio Ribeiro was imposed to "sprint" to Samuel Caldeira (OFM-Fifth of sandpaper) and Spaniard Jonathan Gonzalez (Delegation of Leon / Manzanimillo), being timed in 3:22:20 hours. In the overall standings, thanks to subsidies, Sérgio Ribeiro leads with four seconds ahead of Samuel Caldeira-six on Gonzalez. Sunday will be played the second stage, a tirade of 190.9 kilometers linking Cerveira to Viana do Castelo, a journey with many ups and downs.
