My view In all my years in Soccer I never see a player been red card leaving the field and it happen in a world Qualification with Portugal leading Germany 1-0 eventual they tied and Portugal was out of the World Cup.
Portugal was leading Germany in Germany !!!
Yesterday the former French Judge Marc Batta was as an observer in the Light of UEFA referee in the game with PAOK and had no luck in trying to talk to Rui Costa on the successful September 6, 1997 in Berlin, hosted the game between Germany and Portugal, which would end 1-1 and would eventually depart the National Team World-98.
That day the judge threw out the average (now administrator Benfica) when he left the pitch to be replaced, leaving Portugal outnumbered when he was ahead (goal by Pedro Barbosa, Kirsten break even).
Batta tried to get to talk to Rui Costa through an element of the FPF, but the response was negative Benfica.
