Filipa Martins today achieved the highest ever participation of a Portuguese gymnast in artistic gymnastics competition at the Olympic Games, to be 37th in the 'all-around'.
The Portuguese gymnast topped the 53rd place obtained by Zoi Lima in Londres2012 and concluded the event with a total of 54,298 points. The best score was achieved Portuguese gymnast on the beam, with 13,833, followed by 13,660 in the uneven bars, the 13,433 in the ground and 13,336 on the horse.
