The Portuguese João Costa shooter failed on Saturday to qualify for the final compressed air pistol 10 meters of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, finishing in 11th position in qualifying.
In Shooting Olympic Center in Deodoro, João Costa, 51, completed the race in 11th place with 578 points, two to secure one of the eight places in the final.
The Portuguese, who is in his the 5th Olympic Games and that was the end of this test in Sydney'2000 and Londres'2012 will still compete in pistol 50 meters, on Wednesday.
