U20 European Championships of Track and Field Portugal with a record of athletes 
Portugal U 20 National Team will bring a record 31 participants to the UEFA European Under-20 Championship which will take place from 20 to 23 July in Grosseto, Italy.

The Portuguese delegation surpasses the previous maximum of 22 athletes and could be bigger, but Mauro Pereira (100 and 200 meters), Edson Gomes (110 meters barriers) and Carina Pereira (200 meters), all with minimums, can not participate due to injury .

Sporting and Benfica, with eight and six athletes, respectively, are the most represented clubs.
