Matilde Raposo 21 yr old
Atlético, who next season will compete in the BPI League, guaranteed the hiring of Matilde Raposo, a young defender who represented Sporting's B team - and in the service of which he was crowned, this season, champion of the 2nd Division.
"Atletico has a squad with a lot of quality and I trust that in our debut season in the BPI League we will have the capacity to make a good championship. I'm a fast player, with good ball and passing control. I'll give everything for the club," stated the side, which can play left or right.
For the debut season in Liga BPI, the Alcântara emblem, which will continue to be coached by Hugo Duarte, has already secured five reinforcements: Sara Martins (ex-A-dos-Francos), Carla Fernanda (ex-Amora), Margarida Costa (ex-Damaiense), Carolina Piriquito (ex-Torreense) and Matilde Raposo (ex-Sporting).
As for renewals, the club has already made official the continuity of Raquel Leitão, Cátia Sousa, Beatriz Pinto, Maria Coutinho, Vânia Marques and Filipa Matos.
