Carole Costa in the middle SL Benfica central 150 caps for Portugal
The Portuguese international did not hide his happiness at reaching such a special milestone.
Carole Costa completed, this Friday, in the preparation match with Haiti, her 150th cap.
The central defense debuted in the National Team A, and as a starter, on January 30, 2008, in a friendly game against Wales, in which Portugal drew 1-1.
At 32 years old, the SL Benfica player represented Portugal in two European Championships - Holland 2017 and England 2022 - and is looking for an unprecedented presence in the World Championship, which will take place in Australia and New Zealand, in the summer of 2023.
