 Maria Tomé won the bronze medal in the Under-23 Triathlon World Championship.

The event is taking place in Spain and will see even more Portuguese participation in the coming days.

The triathlon world championships will be held in Torremolinos, Spain, starting on Thursday, October 17. Portugal will be represented by 23 triathletes, including juniors, under-23s, elites, paratriathlon and age groups.
