#Benfica the 9 magnificient players U17 #WorldCup champions were honored by the President Rui Costa and Benfica main team

 

In a very emotional moment experienced this Wednesday, December 3rd, at Benfica Campus, the 9 Benfica players who won the Under-17 World Cup title for Portugal were honored by president Rui Costa and the professional football team. Days after raising the Club's name to a global level at the event held in Qatar, Daniel Banjaqui, José Neto, Mauro Furtado, Ricardo Neto, Rafael Quintas, Miguel Figueiredo, Stevan Manuel, Tomás Soares and Anísio Cabral returned to Benfica Campus and received the affection of the Benfica football building. Called to join the Benfica professional football team, the 9 magnificent players were cheered and congratulated by the group of players under José Mourinho's orders. At the end of the line, president Rui Costa presented the champions with shirts autographed by the main squad and highlighted the "enormous pride" in the impact of the young eagles in winning the trophy.
