PORTUGAL IS VICE WORLD CHAMPION OF SURF
The Portuguesa team is to be congratulated. Vice World Champion among the 47 greatest surfing powers in the world, is an unimaginably grandiose work.
Pedro Henrique reached the final of the event, winning the third place. This situation allowed the national surfing team, headed by David Raimundo, to conquer (and renew) the brilliant title of Vice World Surf Champion. In the men's competition the winner was Mexican Jhony Corzo (14.50 points), followed by Frenchman Joan Duru (13.90 points), Pedro Henrique (12.47 points) and Spanish Jonathan Gonzalez (11.74 points) .
