The Portuguese women's volleyball team won their second Group F victory on Thursday in the second qualifying round of the 2018 World Cup with a 3-2 victory over Finland in Viana do Castelo.

At home, the Lusas were imposed by the 25-23 (33 minutes), 27-29 (36), 17-25 (25), 25-22 (30) and 15-12 (18) Game in which they recovered from disadvantage of 2-1 to impose themselves in the decisive game.

The top two teams from each of the six groups will qualify directly for the World Cup in 2018, with the second placed in a third qualifying round, with six teams and the first two.

On Friday, Portugal face Germany, Finland France and Slovenia to Estonia.
