@Olympics #LusoFrances Julia Pereira 16 yr old wins Silver medal Boardcross #France #Portugal roots

At just 16 years and four months, Julia Pereira de Sousa Mabileau climbed to second place on the boardercross podium, a snowboarding mode. She is the youngest French woman to win a medal for the Gallic team at the Winter Olympics and, more than that, at her debut. Julia finished behind Italian Michela Moioli and ahead of title holder so far, Czech Eva Samkova. «Seeing me in the final with older girls and with much more experience was crazy! I saw some on television when I was four, and in Sochi at the last edition of the Olympic Games.
