Rui Costa (UAE Team Emirates) won the Reopening of Cycling in Portugal and took charge of the Santa Casa Games Portugal Cup . Daniel Dias (Sicasal / CM Torres Vedras) was the best under-23 and commands the Cup in this category.
However, three men revealed to be stronger than the others and, after passing through the intermediate point, at kilometer 10, showed that Ivo Oliveira's time would fall.
Rui Costa would be the strongest of all, concluding the race with 28m10s, leaving
2ndRafael Reis (Feirense) just 3 seconds in second place.
