Professional competition dates set
FPF and Liga Portugal publish the calendar of professional men's football competitions for the 2023/24 season. It should be noted that in June/July of next year the European Championship will be held in Germany.
The Cândido de Oliveira Vodafone Super Cup, as usual, officially opens the new season and takes place on the 4th, 5th or 6th of August.
A week later, Liga Bwin and Liga Sabseg start. The first journey is scheduled for August 13th and the last one for May 19th, 2024.
The decisive games of the playoffs of the 1st and 2nd leagues and of the 2nd and Liga 3 take place on the 2nd of June.
The Taça de Portugal Placard has the 1st round on the 9th and 10th of September, with the top-flight clubs going into action in the 3rd round which will be played on the 21st of October. The final is scheduled for May 26.
The Allianz Cup starts on the 22nd of July, with the Final Four being played on the 23rd and 24th of January and the final on the 27th.
