Portuguese tennis player Henrique Rocha qualified this Thursday for the quarter-finals of the Tenerife challenger, by overcoming Lithuanian Edas Butvilas, in two stages.
The young man from Porto, currently in 162nd position in the ATP rankings, needed one hour and 33 minutes to prevail 6-4 and 7-5, against an opponent (249th) ranked lower in the hierarchy. This was the third consecutive victory for the 20-year-old Portuguese, who reached the quarter-finals of a tournament for the first time in the current season.
