The eagles are starting to prepare for a sporting year that includes the need to get through 3 qualifying rounds to reach the league stage of the Europa League.

Benfica will play in the 2nd qualifying round of the competition, the draw for which is scheduled for June 17. The first leg will be played on July 23rd and the second leg on July 30th.

The 3rd qualifying round of the Europa League, the draw for which is scheduled for July 20, has been set for August 6 and 13.

The draw for the UEFA Europa League play-offs will take place on August 3, with the two legs scheduled for August 20 and 27
