Nelson Oliveira [Team RadioSchack ] compete in the Giro of Italy, is also out of the Tour of Spain

Já a equipa espanhola Movistar prescindiu de Rui Costa, 18.º no Tour deste ano, e do espanhol Alejandro Valverde, vencedor da Vuelta em 2009, que foi relegado para reserva.
